TO ALL:
With cautious optimism, as cases of COVID-19 continue to fall, along with advancements in vaccines and treatments, WE'RE BACK baby!
As always, we'll keep a watchful eye on the horizon and ensure we always proceed in a safe and respectful manner. But we are hopeful and elated that the live music scene has risen to its glory of years past. Heading into 2023 with a full calendar of shows and a renewed entusiasm to share music, fun and some tasty Bud Lights, we hope you will join us!
Although the past few years wasn't what we, or anyone, had planned, we have thankfully and successfully emerged on the other side of a very different and challenging time. Looking forward to a much brighter 2023, the 17 year Anniversary for JUMBOshrimp, we are hopeful that we will rejoin with all of you face-to-face and look forward to gigging full-speed ahead as a duo again, playing the music we love for the fans we love. We look forward to sharing a drink with all of you to celebrate getting through such tough times together.
Throughout the past 17 years, local businesses and all of you, our fans, have supported JUMBOshrimp and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And we look forward to celebrating with you all year long!
Despite what comes our way, remember to be kind to one another; we are all in this together.
Peace and love to all.
~ Tom & Ian

THANKS TO YOU… our family, friends, the local Taverns, Restaurants, Businesses, Festival Organizers and EVERYONE who has decided to spend their time with us at a gig.
Your support has allowed us to be
DOIN’ IT FOR (more than) A DECADE!
WOW! 2020, 2021 and even 2022... what is there to say? Such unbelievable and tragic times for so many. No matter who or where you are, we were ALL personally impacted by the pandemic. A time of uncertainty gave way to times of reflection. Despite the tragedy and turmoil, perhaps the years provided for us renewed focus on that which is most important. Each other.
With that said, let's take a look back in time...
A whirlwind schedule in 2019 had us playing over 100 gigs! YOWZA! Fast foward to 2020 and we all stopped on a dime. Gigs plummeted and we all hunkered down. Much of the same in 2021, with some glimpses of hope. 2022 brought us further out of the darkness and gigs became more plentiful as we reunited wtih friends and fans we hadn't seen in months or years. A welcome exhale and renewed faith that "normalcy" was knocking at our door. YES!
Looking back over the past several years, we've played hundreds of gigs, each being it's own celebration of music and friendship. 7 years ago, our 10-year celebration “tour” in 2016 gave us the opportunity to perform for, and hang with, so many friends… die-hard fans, familiar faces, faces we hadn’t seen in a while and many new faces. Continuing to gig since that time provided for us more of the same, adding new friends and fans with each celebration. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to share such fun times with all of you. We had a blast! We hope you did, too! And we look forward to continuing our ongoing celebrations of music and fun with you as we move through 2023.
We love, and appreciate, the opportunity to play live music in so many wonderful places. We are honored that you allow us to bring our music into your taverns, your festivals, your private events and celebrations, your homes, your lives. We couldn’t do this JUMBOshrimp thing without you. And we are truly grateful and appreciate that you continue to support us.
We would be remiss if we didn’t thank our families for being so forgiving, allowing us the time away from home to do this music thing that we do.
As we enter into our 17th year, we hope that you will continue to join us for more music and more fun throughout 2023.
Thank you for making us the BIGGEST little band in Rochester, NY!
